Here is the sketch:

Bellow is my Design Team Layout for your inspiration, for this month's AWESOME challenge:

I decided to create a layout that also included an old photo of my beautiful Mom, handsome Dad, and me as a baby too!  I am so lucky to have such wonderful parents!

Here is what I used from my "STASH" for the Word Challenge:
M- Mousse (Nuvo -Indian Gold)
O- Oval Fussy Cut Embellishment, and Oval Family sticker
T- Tag, Twine
H- Heart, Hanger
E-  Echo Park Paper, Embellishments,
R- Ranger Distress Stains and Inks

I used the Nuvo Mousse and applied it with a palette knife through a stencil - here is a close up photo of the the base before I added anything to it - it was so much fun!!

And here are a few close ups of my layout for you too!

Thanks for stopping by!  I hope I've inspired you to create and play along with us this month at the SCRAP OUR STASH Blog!

I used this photo in 2 different sized for my layout.  This is my hubby, oldest son and I swimming with the stingrays, in Antigua, on our 2014 Disney Magic Trans Atlantic Cruise.  What an Awesome Day - and an Amazing Adventure!!  Antigua was our first port of call, after crossing the Atlantic Ocean and being at sea for 5 days!!  We were so lucky that the ocean was a calm then, as it appears in these photos!

Here are some close ups for you:

SOS May Tic Tac Toe Challenge - Life is too Short!

Hello and Happy May everyone!!

I hope everyone had a great April!
My month was a bit busy, as my husband had a total knee replacement on the 4th, and was in the hospital and the rehab facility for the first 2 weeks.  He is on the slow road to recovery, and doing well.  I don't know how I found the chance to scrap - but I am so happy that I did!

Well, since it is May, that means that it is time for another FUN layout challenge over at the Scrap Our Stash Blog!  I really love these Tic Tac Toe Challenges as they help me to look through and find items in my "Stash" that I purchased because I loved them, and then somehow they got put away and forgotten about, ( or buried under something, most likely!)

Here is this month's Tic Tac Toe Board:

I decided to use the "Here We Go Collection" from Simple Stories for my layout, which captures a memory of our Disney Wonder Panama Canal Cruise, and our fun day on a
Dune Buggy Tour in Cozumel, Mexico!

Here is my "Life is too Short" layout:
I chose to go straight across the middle and used:
The Color Yellow
Clouds
Paper Clip

Here are a few close ups:
