My Little Scrapbook Store - February "L-O-V-E" Challenge

Hello everyone - I want to share my Design Team Inspiration layout for the My Little Scrapbook Store's February monthly challenge -

Here are the rules and all the info you need about the challenge - Be sure to join us over on the My Little Scrapbook Store's Facebook page to add you entry and to check out all of the great inspiration the rest of the Design Team will be sharing!

My layout is about my oldest son Nick. We took a trip to the Lake George area for a family vacation with my parents in November - we were supposed to be on a cruise to Bermuda that week - but Covid had other plans.  Instead we rented a beautiful log home on a calm river, and Nick decided to take out one of the canoes they had for us to use.  Of course I LOVE him and I am so proud of him and the wonderful man he has become!

For the challenge letters - I used:

L - Leaves, Layering, Leafy Stencil
O - Orange  (Cardstock, Paper Glaze and Spray)
V- Vines (cut with my Cricut)
E - Enamel Dots and English Ivy Spray

Here are some close ups  - I used the Ranger Dina Wakley Media Stencil "Leafy" on the base page, with Picket Fence "Marigold Orange" Paper Glaze

I hope you find time to play along with us at the Facebook Group, and have some fun doing some shopping at the My Little Scrapbook Store, -  I can't wait to see what you create!

  1. Just stunning Sherri. I’m planning on diving into this collection soon for our upstate NY trip, too.
