Father's Day Surprise...shhhh

my Hubby is getting for

Father's Day?

Phil has ALWAYS been a METS Fan - and a few weeks ago he mentioned that he would really like to go to the new Citi Field to see a game - sooo as a SURPRISE for Father's Day - I got 4 tickets for all of us to go to a Sunday afternoon game in August!!! 

Shhhh - don't tell him!! -well you can't really as he is sleeping and I of course am on the computer

( again! LOL!)

Now I needed to do something with the tickets I printed online -  OF COURSE "Glimmer Mist" and a plain old manila folder came to mind!  Throw in some Grungeboard letters, use a piece of punched out leftover Grungeboard negative as a screen - Pull out some Apricot and Cornflower Chalkboard GLIMMER MIST and use as a base coat - then use the Mask and spray some Sapphire, Pumpkin Pie, and Flower Power GLIMMER MIST - on the folder and on the grunge letters - Heat with the heat gun to dry - glue on the letters - stick the tickets inside - tie with a ribbon and Viola! a custom designed folder that I think came out pretty HOT!! Don't you??

We are truly blessed to have such a WONDERFUL man in our lives - he is the BEST FATHER I could ever ask for our children  - we are so lucky!  I hope he likes his surprise!
