June Sketch Challenge over at Scrap-a-Doodle Doo

Hello Everyone - HAPPY JUNE to you ALL - I can't believe we are almost half the way through 2013!  I hope this year has treated you all well, and that the 2nd half holds only GOOD THINGS for you and yours!

As you know - I have been working on pages for a gift for my youngest son's High School Graduation - and I've been finding these sketch challenges VERY HELPFUL and a great and easy way to add some fun pages to his book - all with a little guidance and INSPIRATION from THE DOO Sketch Challenges.

Here is my INSPIRATION LAYOUT for this month's sketch.  I have listed the items used with the LINKS below it.   

 

I had LOTS of pictures from Jake's 8th Grade Dance -so I made the bottom polka dot rectangle into a pocket - using foam dots, and then created 3 tabbed mats that I added photos and embellishments to each side. - I was able to get 9 photos of the event either "on" or "in" this page and I am very pleased with how it came out!  (so pleased that my next class at Scrap-a-Doodle Doo on JUNE 28th, will be based on the design and the interactive elements that I've added to the layout, using the FUN BoBunny "SURPRISE!" Line! -  Sneak Peek to be previewed soon!)
