Scrap Our Stash June Pick Your Side "Wet Willie's"

Hi Scrappy friends- this month's Scrap Our Stash Pick Your Side Sketch Challenge is a really cool one!  Be inspired by either the Left or Right Sketch and be sure to use BOTH Polka Dot Patterned Paper AND Numbers on your layout!  All Challenge info and more inspiration from our Design Team can be found on the Scrap Our Stash Blog!

Here is my take on this month's Sketch Challenge:

I picked the sketch on the RIGHT and used a BIG Polka Dot Patterned Page as my base, and there are a few more Polka Dots on the tab at the top left.  My numbers are the date 12-30 stickers and the year 2015 from the Ephemera Pack. All components are from the Fancy Pants Design "Memories Captured" Collection -except for the wire heart, twine and Ranger Distress Stains I used to ink the edges.

My friends and I spent the day in NYC visiting 

MICKEY: the True Original Exhibition, 

having lunch and walking touring some of NYC.  

When I saw this BIG MICKEY - I couldn't resist asking them to pose with him so I could capture these FUN photos!

June SOS Saturday Cartoon Sketch"Plus" Challenge - Magical Memories

Can you believe it is JUNE already?!  It's time for the first monthly Challenge from the Scrap Our Stash Blog!  Here is your Saturday Morning Cartoon and Sketch Challenge for this month!

Who doesn't love Sponge Bob? 
Come on - I know you are singing "that song" in your mind! LOL!

Well, Sponge Bob makes me think of the SEA - and there is no place I'd rather be -
than on the sea, than on a Disney Cruise!
Here is my Design Team inspiration for the Scrap Our Stash Blog
- I hope you will play along with us!

This was our first cruise on the DCL Fantasy - back in 2014 - I can't believe it's been 5+ years - we hope to sail on her again one day.  There was a fun mini-golf course with oversized objects - it was so much FUN playing mini-golf at sea!!

For the challenge requirements -I used:

 Yellow cardstock and Yellow patterned paper, and the square element is the chipboard frame.
